RETURN AND PICK-UP POLICY

Distribution Center Opening Hours

  • The opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can always leave us a message or send an email at any time.

Placing an Order

  • Orders must be received 48 business hours before delivery.
  • Product numbers are mandatory when ordering. Use the suggested order form if needed.
  • Additions are accepted before 1:00 PM on the day prior to delivery. Late changes may result in additional fees or delays.
  • Promotions must be submitted with their completed order form or through our e-commerce website.
  • You can place orders via internet, email, fax, or phone.

Picking Up Merchandise

  • Submit your order 24 hours before pick-up at our warehouse.

Merchandise Delivery

  • Free delivery for orders of $500.00 or more before taxes, depending on the region.
  • Orders below $350.00 are for pickup only.
  • Delivery fees of $40.00 or more, depending on the region or if the minimum is not met.
  • Additional delivery fees may apply depending on the chosen carrier.

Stock Shortages

  • If an item is out of stock when processing your order, it will not be invoiced or saved for future orders. You will need to reorder it.

Billing Errors

  • Any billing errors must be reported upon receipt of the merchandise. You can notify the delivery driver at the time of delivery and/or the person in charge of taking your order at our office.

Payment Terms

  • New customers must complete and sign the “Account Opening” form and receive authorization.
  • Orders from new customers must be paid before shipment or delivery.
  • Meunerie Maska Inc will review your account to determine payment terms.
  • 2% monthly (24% annual) late fees apply if invoices are not paid on time.
  • A $20.00 administration fee applies for bounced checks.
  • Following a non-sufficient funds check, future orders must be paid by certified check or cash until the account is reviewed.
  • Merchandise remains the property of Meunerie Maska Inc until full payment is received.

Pricing Policy

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.
  • All displayed prices are available online only.

Return Policy

  • Returns must be pre-authorized before being picked up by our delivery drivers.
  • Returned products must be in their original condition (without labels or price tags) and in their original packaging, otherwise, a 15% fee will apply.
  • Products returned more than 30 days after the purchase date are subject to a 25% restocking fee (authorization required).
  • No returns accepted after 90 days from the purchase date.
  • Promotional, clearance, discontinued items, or those expiring within 90 days cannot be returned.
  • Delivery errors must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards (returns require a receipt or proof of purchase).
  • Items not in original condition, damaged for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Items used at sites like farms or stables (due to biosafety concerns).

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account.
  • Then, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a processing delay.
  • Next, reach out to your bank, as there may be a transaction delay.

Gifts

  • If the returned item was a gift, a gift credit will be issued for the amount of the return. Once processed, a gift check will be mailed to you.
