Ordering and picking laying hens

For laying hens, pick-up dates are: the last week of April and May between 9:00 and 17:00. Reservations begin on January 15 of each year and must be received as soon as possible. Dates will be confirmed around the end of January. Certain breeds of chicken are available in limited quantities. Once sold out, we will no longer be able to recommend them. We offer the above dates only. This service is available by pick-up only. We do not offer delivery by mail. You can order online, in-store or by phone.

Chick ordering and picking

For chicks, pick-up dates are: the last week of April, May, June, July and August. Picking times are to be confirmed 1 week before picking, and dates are to be confirmed 2 weeks before picking. Dates may be moved to the first week of the following month. Orders must be received by the 1st of each month for delivery by the end of that month. We only offer the dates mentioned above. Pick-up only. We do not deliver by mail.

Missed pick-up

If you miss your pick-up, no refund or credit will be issued. Your birds will be given to the last customer of the day, at 5:30 p.m. It is your responsibility to take note of pick-up dates, even if we send reminders by e-mail and SMS.

Poultry Health Guarantee

We guarantee that all birds are vaccinated and in good health at the time of pick-up. If a health problem arises within 24 hours of receipt, please inform us immediately so that we can take appropriate action. A vaccination certificate is available on request. We cannot be held responsible for losses following their acquisition.
